  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

International (Rest of World)

All delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Shipping speed

  • Promotions or free-shipping offers

  • Order value

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


4. Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


5. Delivery Issues

  • Tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing

  • Your package was damaged in transit

6. Return Policy Overview


We want you to love your AeroSound product. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase.

Return Window:


30 days from the delivery date.

Condition Requirements:


Items must be:

  • unused or gently tested

  • in original condition

  • with all accessories included

  • in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded.


7. Return Eligibility


Eligible returns include:

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Wrong item received

  • Unopened accessories

  • Duplicate or accidental orders

  • Items ordered in error

We accept returns for headphones, accessories, and charging components.


8. How to Initiate a Return


To begin the return process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless caused by our error

10. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange your item (for color or variant):

  • Send the original item back

  • A new replacement will be shipped upon receipt and inspection

If the new item is in stock, we can often pre-reserve it for you.


11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives:

  • or not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • a photo of the issue

  • your order number

  • a short description

We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.


12. Non-Returnable Items


We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Products without original accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification
